Meet trail parking lot, 200 Sherman Ave., Hamden, 0.1 miles west of Rt. 10. Directions: Rt. 15 Exit 61 to Rt. 10 North for 2.5 miles. Left on Sherman Ave. at light. Left into parking area. I-91 to Exit 10 to Rt. 40 to Rt. 10 North. Go 1 mile, then turn left on Sherman Ave., and turn left into the parking area. The route is flat to rolling with 800 ft. of elevation gain, or 31 ft. of climbing per mile.
